Could you tell me the model number for the panel it is A gardtec 595 - 593, GT 490X or CPX. Non of these panels has a system trouble light. Must nbe a different panel that is not available in the UK These panel should have an LCD display all the informatin can be found easily. Unless it is a different model.</description>

Can you tell me which battery is this referring too.

(Just occurred to me that this could be referring to the ourdide sound &amp; light box)

		<description>I have an 8EP 396 Optima compact G3 control box which has been working perfectly for years. Recently it has been giving occasional false alarms, every time on zone 2 which has 3 magnetic door sensors and 1 pressure mat on it. All sensors walk test OK. It seems that the false alarms are triggered by switching lights on/off and by the central heating boiler switching on/off. How is this possible? Does it indicate a fault with the control box or the house elctrics</description>
